The Milwaukee Dual-Range Voltage Detector (10–1000V) is the first non-contact voltage detector capable of automatically illuminating, detecting, and differentiating voltage ranges.

Its expanded sensitivity range of 10–49V enables detection of voltage in common systems that would typically go undetected by standard voltage detectors. These systems include LED lighting, fire detection and suppression systems, HVAC controls, and security and access control systems, among many others.

The dual-range voltage detector (10–1000V) not only detects voltage but also automatically differentiates between the 10–49V low-voltage range and the standard 50–1000V range. This differentiation is clearly communicated through distinct LED color indicators and audible tones, providing unmistakable voltage identification.

An integrated LED work light enhances visibility in low-light environments, while the 5-minute auto shut-off helps extend battery life.
